Will I get high from flowers 2 weeks into flowering?

I am just curious what would happen if I clipped off a flower that is 2 weeks into flowering and dried it and smoked it.

I know I really shouldnt do this and I should let all the buds mature for 8 weeks I am just curious if flowers at this stage actually contain thc or if they don't develop the thc until much later into maturity?

If they are not coated in thc yet then you won't get very high if you get high at all :weed:
