Will FLORALUX 150w HPS Mini Grow Light be big enough for flowering one plant?

its on htg.com and iam thinking about using this , have another question tho, iam using a grow box to grow how big would the box have to be to support this ?

i use a similiar light...with some supporting cfls... i grow 3 plants that are around 1 foot and a half....some get to three foot tall...but the shorter the better....but yea for sure enough for one plant.
