with led its easy to get a gram per watt, with hps its easy to get half a gram per watt. to answer it based on your information, even with bad nutrients, you fucked up if you don't get 3 lbs. wanna try again with your watts?

Looks like you need alot more light. Production depends on genetics, and good strong light. Also a lot of soil/medium.
