Will an added 150W lamp stress the plants on their 4th week of veg?

Hi guys,
I'm growing two VK plants but I'm aware that the lights that I'm using (4x25 watt 6500k CFL's on 18/6) aren't enough, even if the grow room (my wardrobe) is completely covered in mylar.
They're now about 16 centimeters tall and tomorrow's gonna be their first month since I put the seeds into the soil (planted on the 10th of April, sprouted on the 13th and 14th).
So, I was thinking about buying a 150 watt CFL to add on the other CFL's, but I was wondering if this is gonna stress my plants, as it definitely is a big change considering that I now have only 100 watt.
In case it would, how many of my four 25 watt CFL's should I switch off in order to maintain a balance?
Also, all my 25 watts are 6500 k while the light I would buy is 6100k, would this matter?

Thanks for your help, this is my first grow so I'm still not sure about everything ahah

- Are You seriously asking that, more lumens = stress for the plant? No way dude, this is never gonna be a stress factor =)))
- 6500K better for veg, but dont worry 6100K will do just fine.

Well, as I said I was concerned that the plants, having lived 4 weeks under 100 watt, would have suffered seeing the amount of watts more than doubled. But if not, I'll be heading to the hydrostore tomorrow :)

nope that much of a jump will be fine....now if you put them under a 600 or 1000 then yeah would recommend raising the light and lowering it slowly. If you do ses signs of stress just raise it up a little, should have no prob!

Cool, I ended up buying a 200 watt one cause they ran out of smaller ones, but I got a discount so fair enough ahah

hello brother gooday to u I wont make uv feel stupid, because this form here to share and get tips also get help, and not have to feel belittled by anyone so...., NO, ur PUPPS will do just fine clf give off almost no heat and most bulbs r soft white, and way u never have TO WORRY ABOUT introducing more of what u r already using exsply......... CFL's ur on the right trsck though not after thst 4weeks of vegs, and depending on what type of light ur going to flower with I suggest HPS. start will 600 ther somewhat enexsenceeve and r more forgiving, so say ur switching from ur cfls tand going to 600w hps u r going tp want to start introducing puppys to the hps, lamp slowly ,(what I mean is never just throw then from one lamp to another) so right around 4weeks veg times up, start introducsing them just few hrs and nite for few days then few more hrs few days later don that for anywere from 5to10day depending on how finicky ur pup is, hope that helps im on here few hrs a week if ever have any? just hit me up gooday bub

I don't think majority is meant to belittle as much as its repetitive threads, I've been here few months actively, seen same threads come n go, thought about making same threads of many of the topics. I eventually just started google searching to rollitup forums to find any instance of questions being asked already, have not really ran into one question I couldn't find asked somewheres else, if not on the same forums.

Ofcourse not everyone instantly becomes accustomed to using search engines instead of asking the question on a forum they expect shared knowledge/support in growing from, I actually had created account seeking to ask questions, lol..

I myself didn't really feel he was belittling much, especially given the smiley face after lol =P

Thank you for your lesson on how to use google, I will cherish it forever in my little little heart.
The only problem is that, yes, there are similar questions but no, there wasn't one that could help me for one simple reason: all grows are different, and considering that no one was growing two plants on their 4th week of veg using the same amount of CFL's I was using and wanting to add the same amount of watts I have added, I wanted to make sure I was doing something that wouldn't have destroyed weeks of work. Call me stupid for that :P
