Will A Soft White 100 watt Bulb let my Germinated Seedling grow?

That bulb is good for nothing. Use the CFL and get another one or 4. The one in the middle doesn't look like a CFL.

Actually the bulb will be okay, but it's not your best choice. The main issue is it will get about 4 x hotter than a cfl. Ever changed a 100 watt lightbulb? You can loose a few fingerprints on them if you aren't careful.

Only use those lights while they're seedlings.

None of those lights there are ideal plant growth, your plant will grow but it will stretch a lot, grow slow and yield little. The one light is a regular fluoro tube it looks like, you want the compact fluoros (CFL), they're the spiral lights about the size of regular ones, they fit in regular fixtures and you can get a 4 pack of 26 watt ones at your local store for probably around 8 USD.

The general rule for minimum lighting is 50w sq/ft and up to 125w sq/ft (125 with fluoros not HIDs), the higher the better your plant will be in the end.

At the salvation army or goodwill store you can get the desk lamp type fixtures for about 5 USD, you can get the lamp cord with just the bulb socket on the end for a buck or two.

Your gonna get really stretched plants with what youve got and eventually decide that buying several, at least 3 23 watts or so is the better choice. Just think of it, you spend 8$ on CFL and fixture and because of that get at least 8$ more in bud at the end. I learned the longer way that buying better light from the beginning is the only thing to do.

wow valuablevariable is about the only correct one on here.... a regular bulb like that 100 will not grow plants....wrong spectrum that isnt going to give you growth worth a fuck.... just a 10 inch seedling with 2 seed leaves on it however a cfl will do just fine at first then you either need to get more of them or a better light
