Will a low soil PH during flowering affect how long it takes to finish flowering?

I had a low soil PH from watering to heavily. Calcium lockout started to show at 2 weeks into flowering. The problem itself was figured out at 3 weeks into flowering, with changes made to my watering style the problem slowly corrected itself. The necrotic spots continued to develop for about 7 - 10 days after discovery of the problem.

My plants are 8 weeks and 5 days into flowering and normally finish in 9-11 weeks in soil, I feel like they are a week behind schedule. Can a low soil PH problem as described cause a delay in finishing?

I could be wrong but low ph will delay or not allow your plant to fully uptake its nutes and cause a few other issues for you
