Will a Closet Grow Make my Clothes Stink?

I've been growing in my closet for the past 2 weeks, and the plants are really starting to smell now. At work today, I noticed the faint scent of bud, and it seemed to be coming from my coat! I wasn't sure if this was because I had smoked in it recently, or if it was the odor from the plants in the closet. What do you think? If the clothes can be stunk up from the grow, is there any way to prevent it from happening (other than by relocating the clothes to another closet)?

They will definitely stink man. You may could try just tossing your outfit in the dryer for 5 minutes with a fabric sheet and see how that works.

Good call, I'm gonna try that out. I'm gonna be the most popular guy in the office before long if I keep wearing bud clothes!

I'm thinking of having all my clothes drycleaned, so they'll be in separate baggies until they're used. That should keep most of the smell off no? Then I can separate a week's clothes at a time and keep them in a small closet for use.

Febreze is good too_Or,you can take some nicely scented bar soap, put it in a sock, and toss it in your dryer with the clothes. It will gove off its perfume.

I have to agree with juicycola420mon. Get anything out of there that u do not need to grow with. The dust, lint from the clothes will get all in the bud and you could get bugs. Hemp 4 victory
