will a 60 watt bulb work? it is designed for plants

the light bulb is 60 watts and its blue. it says its for plants. my plant is 1 1/2 inchs tall. and 13 days old

what sort of bulb is it

it will work you will just have to move the light (or the plant) about 6 inches away from the light so that it gets the most light possible. im growing stealth with 3 23 watt florcesents house lights i made a little holder for the lights that i move up and down with a chain it works great and i have to move it ever 3 or 4 days for 5 weeks while in veg. i betting the safe thing should work for you to. good luck with the grow!
