Will a 400w hps be overkill for this size tent?

I just bought a tent thats 36in wide 20in deep and 64in tall. Will a 400w put out too much heat for this small of a tent?

As long as you can vent the heat (I'd recommend a cool tube) then ya, the bigger the better.

I think a Ko4 would cool a 400w Nicely!!

I think a 400w would fill that tent nicely. I recommend a 400 watter for a 3' x 3' space. While your's is a tad smaller, it should work out ok. As Obe said, check his sig, he has a similar size cab.

just do the math & make sure your air circulation is good, 400hps is a great choice though it seems
