WIERD ASS PROBLEM That I cant find anything on!

OK So I have been flowering for about 3 weeks now! I went out of town and all of a sudden I come back after 3 days of being gone and I have a ton of leaves in the lower area dying off!! they are drying out and curling up and falling off! I know leaves are suppose to do that during flowering but this is not normal I am sure. Anyways and help would be greatly appreciated as for I do not know what to do or what the problem is! I have attached some photos.

any help please!

did your plant bend or almost fall over in the soil?

this exact thing happened to me when i let a mother dry out and the weight of all the foliage caused it to fall over in the soil and snapped a section of the roots off i believe anyway...

and she looked exactly like that one does but the top is 100% healthy.

YES I I was using little amounts of miracle grow tomato type because I figured what the hell it has Nitrogen in it and then I just fertilized it with bloom booster miracle grow for the same reason..... but keep in mind this is in very small amounts.... like half a spoon of it per 2 weeks.... I just put nutes in it today to see if maybe it was lacking nutes ... I am so confused on this one. hahaha any help would rule ! I dont wanna lose my baby!

hmmmmm that is interesting ... I dont think it broke or got hurt ,,... it does sit heavy on one side though ... I moved it outside one time and the bottom of the pot came off, but I just put it back on didnt think it was any kind of big deal .... I will check the plant for any damage and let you know! Thanks for the quick reply .... any other suggestions.

what nut would work best, keep in mind i haven't researched any thing on nute or what kind of nuts herb like. so be specific please greatly appreciated

i hear lots of good stuff on fox farm, thats what i'm getting for my next grow. last one i used 10-50-10 peters for bloom but i was a little disappointed w/it.

OK SOO I figured out the problem ... or at least narrowed it down to a over fert problem. I had recently added a new top layer of miracle grow soil, witch has ... nuts in these little balls that burst open and release the fert. ANYWAYS after I added the soil I used some miracle grow fertilizer as well, so it 1. burnt the hell out of the plant (leaves curled up and tips look burnt) 2. Prob put the ph level all messed as well.

so basically what I am saying is be careful with these babies they do not like lots of nuts at once and they definitely dont like mixtures of things.

I am in the process of flushing it all out right now so hopefully this will make it ok.!

Flush the grow medium through with water set at 5.0/5.5.

Yikes. Quit with the miracle grow. thats my best advice.

For nutes Ive used Fox Farm and Technaflora recipe for success kit both work great. So I recommend either. The Technaflora kit is good if your tight on funds as it goes for around $20-30 for the entire kit of nutes.

I hope your plant makes it. thats a lot of stress its been through.

flushing will only mess things up more, if u add more water those little balls are going to add more nuts
