Why’s my seedling lime green and turning purple?

Another update. After I woke her up yesterday I switched her medium and transplanted from straight top soil to FFOG with perlite mixed thru. I then watered her and 12 hours later I checked and see the new leaves are perked straight up. I actually haven’t seen this before either. She’s about 10 days old in a gallon pot with 2x 40w daylight cfls a couple inches above. This is only temporary as i planned puting her in my greenhouse alongside some autos.
