I have had a sativa dominant strain that gave nothing but airy buds. It was very odd but I liked them and smoked them.
I now have a different strain with very heavy, dense buds. The "fluffy" buds matured quickly (in time from the flip).................. all plants were that way and were clones from a single mother.
This new, dense strain is from feminized seeds. there is much more genetic variance between individual plants there.
It may not relate much to your situation. But in my case it looks to be genetics.

Look at the size of that fan that's literally touching those plants. Frank, I think you're getting TOO much air circulation and it's pulling out all of the moisture from those leaves and they're curling.
I don't know specifically if that's the heart of that issue though. Some phenos of the same strain just have different needs from others. Running two Durbans from seed right now. One took a Calcium deficiency (well water that comes in at .4-.5EC natively), the other totally had no problems at all. Ended up doing a foliar spray for a few weeks on the one with issues and started adding Ca/Mg to my water anyway since obviously what was in it wasn't working.

Have you started to measure your feed EC yet?
