Why Wont They Flower????

I have some plants that are growing in a pc case, i am trying this for fun and experimentation. i am not concerned with yield, if i get a bowl pack then i will be satisfied. BUT....
i put my plants into flowering on the 14th of feb, its been almost two full weeks and NO pre flowers have shown yet. i only vegged for a week to keep hieght down, is this the cause?
HELP!!

more details please. Light cycleand setup, grow medium etc.... I'm no pro by any means but ya gotta have some basic info for help man.

im really interested in the answer to this as im going to basically be doing the same type of grow. but i want to veg for a bit longger. maybe a month.

i have 2 plants about the same not showing yet i just thought it was a strain that took longer to flower?

yea for real, im thinking youll get some honey i shrunk the kids buds. only enough for a dude that can fit in a cheerio to get high. bonsai buds son. it is kinda funny though to see a half an inch cola.

sorry for the lack of info,
i vegged from feb 7 til 14, then flower feb 14 until now which is feb 28... even if i didnt veg long they have been in 12/12 for two weeks, i thought they would atleast show pre flowers by now. mg organic soil but nutes used up already, i got flower bloom nutes that i started feeding them VERY small % so far.i have 3 40w cfl, 3000k. i know its not enough lite, but its a pc grow remember???

yea for real, im thinking youll get some honey i shrunk the kids buds. only enough for a dude that can fit in a cheerio to get high. bonsai buds son. it is kinda funny though to see a half an inch cola.

i dont care if they are half inch buds, this is for experimentation .... aby buds would satisfy me

you vegged a week I assume clone as a plant from seed has to be 8 nodes high before it is amture and will be able to flower correctly? If its from seed it had to be that 8 nodes then you could have topped it to make it short so was it clone or did you do a dummy grow??

Seriously, what is the point of putting time and energy into a twig? One week veg? WTF?

just be patient. They can be flowered at any stage though it may take a little longer for the plant since it is so young. Make sure there are no light leaks and your timer is working properly. The only other possiblity i can see is it is a strain from alaska - some of the strains up there are forced to flower when they are ready and are not influenced by light changes due to the different lighting conditions up there. Its called lowrider around here.

Lowrydier is a cross with an auto flower plant which makes a small plant that is gentically timed vs light change sensitive..If you grew from seed thats the issue as under the 8 nodes it will be real slow to change to flower and yield small.Its like a pregnant 12 years old human.A baby might happen but more then likely there are issues as at that young an age its not ready

well if you didnt read, this is a pc grow, as in a pc case is all the room i have, thats why i only vegged for a week, to keep them small, i have another grow going on at the same time but i am trying to flower in a pc case,no need to get bitchy at me. If you think its dumb then dont do it your self.yeah ill put pic soon

veg for one week usally wont help you stay short because they will keep growing just like they were veggin anyways until they become sexually mature...if u want short plants use clone as they are already sexually mature and can be forced to bud as soon as they root.

yeah i could have but i wanted to start with seeds and flower and get to harvest in a pc case. plus 2 of my plants already have 8 nodes...???

Well maybe they were mature enough to start flowering then....when i start from seed to pick my mothers it usally takes at least 25 days under the MH before shes ready....a friend of mine thought the same as u if i bud them early they will stay small.....and they stretched like a mother fucker and produced super loose buds...as for you best of luck with it mate! I hope they stay as short as possible and start showing you some buds
