why these led no driver?

these led i have they have no drivers ?? i just relised it goes from the led pcb to heatsink then power cord?

im not using them and they dont have driver... so can the 4 boards on this be run on its own over my fish tank if i take the pannels off?? there is 4 on each light

there will be some circuit, but it can be very simple.
AC can be converted to DC quite easily (a LED would light up with AC also, but just half of the time if the duty cylce is 50%, anyway).
when its DC you just need to put enough leds in series to match your mains voltage as close a s possible and burn the rest of by a limiting resistor.
problem is that these panels will run without any isolating circuit from your mains, so its maybe not the best to have them over a fishtank.
the bares wires exposed on the front probably should be taken with a bit of care then.

they have lense over that and are totaly water proof, they say anyways u can hose em down lol took off for pic,
i use em in me shed as a few chips blew, good lightin the garage

when the bare wires sticking out of the middle are covered well its maybe ok, otherwise at least squeze some silicone in to it if you feel its not waterproof.
