So...my first grow I had the same problem. Everyone just told me I was watching them too closely and that they were growing. But I was pretty sure these plants were not growing...they stayed at the same size for weeks at a time.
Then I saw my friends plants...he started around the same time as me and his were twice the size of mine.
Right when I got to the point you're at now - frustrated and about to give up...they took off and made up for lost time with explosive growth.
People were talking about vegging for 4 weeks - at 4 weeks mine still looked like seedlings. I probably vegged for 8 or 9 weeks at least.
My point? Sounds like your plants are growing now. They'll make up for the slow start. Just give them a chance.
