Did you spray them during lights on? The first pics almost look like the leaves were burned by water drops left on the leaves while lights are on. What strain is the plant on the right? Looks interesting.

Fertilizer was added last Saturday and then this happened

Magnesium deficiency due to feeding too much nitrogen and locking out the Mg? Also your sativa has other difficulties...

I was thinking if it wasn’t water spray it must be bugs. Not getting much info from OP though.

Citric acid spray every couple of days for a week should help I think. Atleast with the bugs. I'm not help with your other issues.
