Windrider is right - evolution is a key and the human body can get used to the living condition on Mars. In the beginning, we will require lots of devices for air and water production, but they are creating already - Japan is going to build the factory for hydrogen fuel plant on the Moon by 2035 and it is possible on the Moon, it is on Mars too.
