Why my strains look such dry?

Hey, guys.Thank you for coming here and helping me.

I am growing some strains now, but I met some digs and I have no idea about it.
The strains look such dry and they seem to go die.I water them every day but they still didn't go well.

Any tips?Hope you guys can help me solve this problem, I appreciate it.
