Why leafy?

I was wonder as to what factors can make bud leafy. If it is mostly genetics or if there are things to do to aviod leafy buds.

What do you mean by leafy buds? all you gotto do is trim em when your harvesting

yeah, its a plant and they generally have leaves

What the OP is talking about are the buds that appear to only have those little sugar leaves, or more of those leaves than... "budly material". I see the difference as I harvest different strains. I have no answer for this.

Well growman and stephan if you have never seen buds that are leafier than others even after being manicured than I don't know what to tell you lol I seen very obvious differences from different strains.

I do, too, but the question is WHY? WHY? Then again, there's another question for me, and that is, Is there a difference in the high? If no difference, then it's cool.

Ive always heard that leafy buds have the same high, just burn alot quicker then thicker buds.

just trim the damn things.... thats what harvesting is all about... then make some food

probably a factor in fluff bud the nugs arent as dense leavinf visible leaaf material
