why is my plant like bending and leaves dying?

my plant is doing fine but the other day i walked in and my fan had blown it completly over so it was sideways but still trying to grow towards the light. since then the bottom leaves are dying and its still curvy. the plant in general though seems to be growing fine from the top.

Post what you're growing it in, feeding it and the watering schedule please.

I'd start with better lights. Then we can address other issues.

okay well this is my first grow and i dont really have any place to grow since i dont want my family to find out. its in a gallon pot with regular potting soil (has a few pebbles here and there) i feed it osomote (spelling?*) fertilizer, and i water 200 ml every 2 days

Well you should probably not grow marijuana in your parents house. Sorry but not gonna help you do that.
