Why is my new growth growing like this?

It might just be you're using way too mych nitrogen, pH aside, and you're causing nute lockout from overfeeding, hence the phosphorus lockout. Flush it and leave it be for a week.

Whenever I flush in fabric containers they never se to drain right and they remain heavy for a long time. I'm experimenting with punched holes in the bottom to see if it helps drainage problems with fabric pots. I've always went by the size of the container. If using a 3 gallon container, flush with 3 gallons of water. If using a 5 gal....and so on. It's always worked for me when I used to make the occasional fuckup and plants were pretty fast to recover. I like to flush the week before harvest to rid the soil of any leftover nutes but those fabric pots aren't the best for draining large amounts of water. Some people use a flushing agent also, but I find ph'd water works well enough. It also helps if your soil mix drains well too. I use 1/2 FFOF 1/4 perlite and 1/4- black cinder. No more drainage problems anymore. Good luck!

Not to high jack the thread but I like the looks of those holes cut in the bottom of the smart pot. After I water I set my smart pot on a towel and move it from dry place to dry place to soak up all the water setting at bottom of fabric pot. Before I started doing this my plants would droop after watering. What did you use to cut such perfect little circles? And to the op, the under growth in my plants seemed to droop some but I couldn't find and problems with nutes or ph and the rest of the plant looked fine. I pruned some to allow room for light and air and it seems to be clearing up.

I use the punch out of a grommet kit. It's used to cut holes in fabric, tarp material, canvas, or wherever you would put a grommet. I use this as well on all my Solo cups too. All you would need is the appropriate size piece of metal tubing with one end sharpened with a fine grinder.
