I don't remember when I flipped , maybe 3 or 4 weeks , but it seems to just be forming popcorn instead of colas
I have grown before , about 8 years ago , I had a couple of small little grows and from what I can ( remember) I can swear their was colas forming , but I honestly don't remember ,
Can someone please give me a little insight on this ?

Not enough light.
I suspect a worthless LED.
i always hated LED, bought 2x 1200watt advanced LEDs for 2400 dollars years ago 350 watt each or some crap, supposed to be best on the market, i have 6 50 dollar LED 6400k 39cm long 39watt CFL style lights absolutely smashing them.

better off with a 400watt HID any day or 600 watt HID.

took the shitty LED plants to a friends and left them in the shadows of his veg room, no direct light off this 600 watt what so ever but these plants just took off like crazy, i fucking hate LEDS personally

but these CFL style LEDs are great for vegging 6000k or 6400k i cant remember if anyone reallly really wants to know DM me and ill send u photo/link

Give it time. They will grow. It starts like what you've got there, like this - View attachment 4590052And will hopefully end up like this-View attachment 4590053 Its the same plant at different times. The beginning of flowering and the end. Good luck friend!
Yeah also this, your plants will fill out they are only in beginning of flower

Just had another thought about your grow, OP. You may want to increase the temperature a bit. As you are growing under led. If it were hid then you'd be perfect. However led as I recall (and I do not flower under led , I use them to veg seedlings and clones) doesn't have the same oomph as hid at the same temperature. They need some additional heating.

Agreed, you generally wanna be in the mid 80's with LED to raise leaf surface temperatures. LED lacks the IR spectrum that HPS puts out.

Know that any LED that advertises fake wattage should be avoided as they are crap.

As others have mentioned, they are just getting started, patience.

Id lower your light. 3ft above the plants during flowering is too high. Do it gradually though so you don’t shock them but it should be around 16” above for flowering when using LED.

Renfro won't stop, Renfro can't stop dropping crucial knowledge 24/7.

So for this case, a grow space that is about 80* with LEDs with the exhaust fan at the existing setting drawing air from a room that is lower temp, should you reduce the fan speed if possible and maybe supplement with a space heater and account for humidity drop if any? It's been like 25 years for me lol.

Yes. I would use a warm mist humidifier, with a heater and a controller for each as well. You really dont want your temp dropping too far after lights out. You may want to look up vpd. There are VPD charts that can help you out matching up humidity levels with temperature.

I have this light but the 1500(actually watts are 260). Yours is 235watts from the wall. This light is build with triple chip bridgelux leds( well respected company) I would watch your plants closely for bleaching once you get closer than 24" these triple chip diodes are very powerful. I would add this for better canopy coverage thoScreenshot_20200603-215631_Amazon Shopping.jpg
Put you at 335watts from the wall, with almost 42 watts per square foot. It will plug right into your other light also. You can take a fan and put it up by your light pointed at your plants to heat the room up. But I would try to stay under 82 degrees during flower, No matter what kind of light it is. Humidity under 60% Preferable under 50% during veg it's better to have higher temps, but high temps during flower can destroy Terps and cannabinoids
