1) Way way too many nutes, those little osmocote balls all over the first pic is slow release fertilizer, you have about 100x more than you need, Nutrient burn is causing your leaves to die.
2) You need perlite in your soil, it will provide much better drainage.
3) What dose of nutrients are you giving it? Shouldn't be any more then 1/4 the recommended.
4) watering every other day seems a bit excessive, you may be root bound, but pots look ok size, but I have no idea how big plant actually is.
5) you need more light, this is evident by the stretched main stem as it fights to get to the light, what kind of light do you use and what is its actual wattage it uses?
I would recommend a transplant into new soil, which is non fertilized top soil. make sure 1/4 of the soil is Perlite all mixed in real good. Water it thoroughly so water just begins to run out the bottom. dont just dump the whole amount of water in, make sure it gets spread around and is allowed to soak in slowly. Now let it sit with no nutes until the pot is almost totally dry or the plant has started to wilt. now water again thoroughly, this time use 1/8 the recommended amount of nutrients, wait a week and see how the plants are doing, if everything looks ok give 1/4 nutes and wait a week or 2, if all looks good go to half strength and so on.
