Why, nothing can make it go away not even wind (eventually yes but slow process) my explanation is the output smoke molecules that weigh more than oxygen so its more difficult for them to bush each other.

I've found that the smoke from weed doesn't stick around nearly as long as tobacco smoke.
Well in that case why don't we ever run into an area "outdoor" that smells of tobacco unless the smoker is smoking as you walk past him.
But I've walked past areas where I could smell weed but no one was to be seen + it's a one way road so if they did it as we came and left we would be able to see em about half mile.

Bottom line is weed stanks. Does it bother you? Maybe you should quit. When I did people around me already knew I had quit without saying anything, they said you don't "smell like that drug anymore," and I had no idea I ever really smelled..

I don't mind the smell I'm only saying this because I don't want to get caught smoking it in my apartment.

Ah i remember this. I could chamber out my car and the smell would be completly gone in a few days. When i quit smoking stoges, i could smell it in my cleaned car for months! I have a friend though, only smokes joints in his car for the last 15 years, his entire windshield is sticky and resin coated from the inside kind of brown too probably from being heated to 130f by our sun when the car is not used!! LOL the windows also never come down i laugh at him all the time. Looks like hes driving an extraction tube
