why does my weed turn dark

so i harvested my bright green N/L and when it dries it turns a dark shade of green any thoughts?

Dry it slower... more chlorlphyll will be broken down.. and even during cure this process will continue.

It dies; it gets dark; so sorry.

Sounds like its drying out to fast.If you cut your plant into branches then hang to dry then dont do it that way.Try hanging the whole plant up,this will make it dry slower because of the stem holding moister.If you hang the whole plant trim all the sun leafs first then hang.Good luck.
