Why does my plant fall over in place?

ok the problem is this: this plant is a pure cannabis indica and it got to 7 inches in 2 weeks. its now the around 21st day and its still 7 inches tall- im not worried about that but iv had it tied to a pencil since day 13 now and it is falling over again! its too tall i know but why cant it suppourt itself??
my lighting is 3 13 watt CFL lights soon (in a couple of weeks ill be trying to upgrade to 42 watt)

Why dont you LST your plant?

My opinion:
A. Lights are not close enough to the plants
B. Not enough output from the CFL's, try to upgrade

Yea man those 3 13 watt cfl are probaly not enought for it at all u at least need 3 42watt cfl.

its hard to give addvice without pictures but realy i think thats realy it

oher things that will help your plant have a stronger stem

you need fans , fans act like wind and make the stem alot more sturdy \

also N would prob help it out alot

we love pictures

you can even bend the stem back and forth with your fingers to help strenghen the stem also, the fan depending on how close and how young it is could dry it out. But as everyone says which I think they are right also is the lighting. U must have the light as close as possible to the plant. That goes for any light wether its a 1000watt or 24watt T5's bulbs.

I also pray that your plant is not looking like this below, if looks anything like this or something like it, then bending or the fan will not do anything to strenghen cuz its too late. you need to have lots of light. you just have to put the light as close as possible to your plant without burning it is the trick to healthy plant.

Your 3, 13 watt bulbs have to be almost touching the plant until you upgrade and if the plant doesn't get any better when you upgrade, I highly suggest to start over and cut your loses.

thats her,because the way mr.man is explaining totally sounds like this. there is no plant at 30 days even 21 days is goin to fall over, you should be seeing pre-flowers at those times.

Do you notice the room mr.man? do you notice how dark it is? Your room should not be like this, in fact if you look at some of the regulars of RIU's grow journals, you will see what a plant supposed to be looking like at 21-30 days and how bright the room supposed to be. You can see one of my G13 x haze at 37 days days into flowering and that one I kinda fucked up to cuz if you look closely at it, it has stretched a bit BUT, it is not falling over. because of this stretch, my yield is considerably lower as you can see in the other pic which is at 50 days, 10 days before i harvest. they are all stretched, I fucked up on the veg lighting also.

Put some more soil along the stem and press. Get a fan and place it on low blowing on the fan. Lower your lights.

Man, I'm not trying to be a dick.. but ehh I would just start over buddy.

That plant doesn't even look right.. way too stretched for one.. and secondly.. where the hell are the branches at?!?!

I mean seriously man.. this plant isn't going anywhere soon. I would just start over.. IMO.

yeah just start over buddy next time keep those lights as close as possible and keep a fan on it
