G'day i took a couple of little buds off and dried them and they all taste like pine,both strains white russian and blueberry.They have only just started being flushed now.I just want to know if this is normal or how i can make it taste sweet like it smells.thx for any help

i don't know where to get molasses and i'm using all the canna range,some are in rockwool and some in coco soil.

chemicals usually make plant wierd, molasses shud be at any grocery store its like syrup

Flushing is a good start, in most cases the buds you clip early will both smell and taste sub par when compared to a full term, properly dried, and cured harvest. Curing really brings out the hidden flavor and smell qualities of the bud as well as making it much more powerful. When dried and/or cured improperly most weed tastes like hay or pine.
