why do the leaves on the same plant look different?

first let me state that I am a noob, and this is my first time growing. just purchased and transplanted these clones and now on day 4. the plants were clipped from a flowering plant initially but do have good root development. my question is why do some of the leaves on the same plant look different in texture and shape? also im concerned about developing hermaphrodites due to the stress. does the second pic look like it could be or is that just new growth? thanks20131017_201013.jpg20131017_201106.jpg

just new growth, but those leaves look different as they look like they're in the process of dying imo.. :(

thanks for the response, that a relief that its not hermi development since that growth is on a lot of the plants. the plants overall look healthy and have been slowly growing. possibly stunted. but ive never heard of having that different of leaves on the same plant??

Looks like a reveg, clone was probably taken from a flowering plant. No worries, it will be just fine (if the mother plant was not a hermi).

often times clones taken from a flowering mother will do this as well..

new growth will often times come in twisted and funky looking for a bit as the plant reverts back to vegetive growth from flowering.. it'll grow out of it. :D
