Nothing's fishy. They didn't "let" me do anything. I chose my MOS, got a 15k enlistment bonus, and that's what happened. It's that simple. Sorry you're too dumb to understand that you choose your MOS at enlistment. Believe it or not, the infantry has the highest average/collective GT score in the military.
