Why do my seedlings look like this

The plant with 1 leaf is probably not your fault just a poor seed and the yellow seedling looks like it may have “damped off”, most often caused buy humidity domes or lack of airflow. Just my guesses.

They all been watered the same amount n the one with one leaf will it grow it’s leaves eventually

What are you using for a light and how close is it to the plants? Are you using a humidity dome and opening it a couple times a day or opening the vents a bit? Using plain water right . . . No nutrients yet.

4ft 8 bulb t5 only the 4 middle lights are on about 6 inch from top leaf. In grow tent 75f n 50rh lights on. 68f 75rh lights off. I use ro water n only used 1/2 strength advanced calmag when they all first popped up from rooter plug. 18/4 light schedule

No nutrients lol. Water and that's it. Seedlings need very little light. That amount of light, that close, is pounding them into the ground. As they grow they can take more light.

“Damped off” is a fungal attack I think. So just cause you watered them the same does not mean anything in this case. It’s more to do with genetics and airflow I think.
The seedling with 1 leaf probably won’t keep up and likley should be culled.

Do you think I can bring the little one back or no

I never give up until their dead. You will be surprised how well they respond to moving that light. Once they start growing through the bottom of the plug, you can transplant them into your medium of choice.
