Why do my cured buds smell terrible?

Ok so the first bud I harvested was only a .5g nug. I let it dry for 36 hours. It was dry on the outside. I began curing, and now 5 days later literally everytime I open the jar, the smell is terrible. Doesn't smell like hay or pine needles just BAD.

So after that I harvested 3 more plants and was determined to Harvey correctly. I hung three large buds that were about 15g wet, 7.6g day two, 6g day 3 and day 4 5.6g. So basically the budss were dried over four days with a very small fan blowing a slight breeze over the buds 12 hours per day. The room has good circulation too. Temps 71 to 77. Humidity 47%. The end of the stem snapped but the middle was still green and bendy. Placed in jars, and again 12 hours laterthat SAME bad smell from the last time! All these plants weeds flushed for 2.5 weeks prior. The test buds work, but taste "funny". What am I doing wrong? Please help

How long have you been curing? It takes weeks for the hay smell to go away and the dank smell to come back.

Make sure they aren't getting moldy dude. Mold just smells BAD, and you said they smell BAD
