Why did my other plants stop growing?

2 of my plants seemed to have slowed down or stopped growing while the other one is flourishing. I tend to move each one to a different part of the tent so they each get rotated daily but somehow. The other 2 are responding differently. Any idea what it could be? I posted some pics. Maybe you notice something that I don't realize, because I'm new to this. Thanks in advance
Ps.
VPD is usually at 1.1 to 1.2
Lights are at around 26 inches above the lip of the pot. (Since the plants are different heights)

I noticed they do that. My OG Kush slowed to a craw for around 3 weeks. Now she's growing like crazy.

Now I am a complete noob here but feminized seeds can be the exact same DNA if you fertilized from a clone to the same mother?
They would be the same genotype meaning they would have the same DNA but the expressions of those offspring could be different creating different phenotypes. Im not sure if it would be considered a back cross or a selfed plant? Smarter folk than me can chime in.

Depending on pot/ transplant and idk, I guess how the plant feels. Sometimes its growing roots like wild. Lower branches, upper branches, Stem thickness.

If its healthy its doing something, just not always easy to spot.
