Why did CFL burn my babies?!?

Yeah that why I put them so close I didn't want to lose the lumens. I started 4 new ones last night using the paper towel method. One just cracked and I put it in the soil back in the closet. Gonna try keeping them farther away this time.

They were growing good under my little 15w T8 fluoro tube so I'm debating on just buying another one of them or trying the cfl again. The reason I had them so close is like you said, for the lumens.
