Why can't I grow Ass kicking weed?

Yeah guys, I exercised extreme patience and took test cuts over a couple of months. My Hydro WW's had a pump failure and crapped out early. I left it as long as I cold but Ihave 7 jars that I'll have to bubble basg to get the best out of the trich's. Hopefully the Li' Durban Poison will give me at least 2 Oz of good shit pretty soon.

Shifting to the Indica Northern Lights hopefully will mature in less than 8 months. WHo said Auto's are faster???

Man I been growing for about 3 years outdoor been almost 2 indoors now and I always asked that. But met another grower and he told me GENETICS. So he hooked me up with 2 Cheetoz from Saveage Genetics. And let me tell you man I see why he spends money for cuts. Weather you fuck these things up or not the flower is awesome!!!

No question genetics play a part but 250 watts ain’t bringing it.

Genetics, lighting maybe depending on the size of your grow space, you might could flower a 2’x4’ space with that still a little on the light side though(2x3 would be pretty much optimal). older auto strains especially auto versions of old school strains(nl, white widow, skunk 1 etc) are weak af. Mephisto makes some nice autos at a good price $40-50/pack twenty20 does too.
 
Guys, I'm growing in a bathtub, about 2X3feet. My Lights ( a 150 and a 100 Watt) cover this with good footprints and put out lots of illumination at 18-24" above the plants.

Most of my seeds came from either a Spanish vendor or Grower'sChoice,a local Sacramento vendor. I'm not happy with GC as it seemed pretty weak genitics.

I've been smoking weed since ~1968 and have had some good shit over the years, but not much since the Government took over dope dealing. My body seems to react quickly to normalizing drugs, in the last two years I've had six major surgeries and it doesn't take me more than a week to lose the effectivenss of pain killers like Oxy and other stuff. SO I try not to have to use them more than three days in a row.

I've been growing Autos, mostly because they say they are "Fast to Finish." Apparently Sativas not so much! Also I have a skylight in the bathroom and I was worried about light leaks screwing with photos. I'll do this last round of "OO" NL Autos, 'cause I don't want to waste seeds I already have. I'll shift to soil this time as I have the stuff and have lost faith in my Stink Bud Hydro system, although it may be due to poor genitics.
 
Your best bet is to switch from the bathroom to a 2x3 tent $50-$60(ebay) and another $20-30 for a 4in exhaust fan, I use some off brand I got on Amazon in my 2x4. 250w is plenty for that size space. Could run probably 4-6 photos 2 gallon growbags really short veg time (1-2 weeks) can’t really height with autos I’ve had some that grew over 5 ft, a photo you flip when it’s about a 1/3 to 1/2 the size you want.
 
Although WW and Durban can be good, I think you need to pick some easy to grow high thc strains to get what you want.
WW was about 30years ago, Durban has been crossed into better options.

How about getting a quality clone of GG (durban), or cookies of some sort? Strong thai genetics (hybridized) is my favorite Sativa lean.
If you can get quality clones that imo is your ticket and if Sacramento is local you got lots of options!
