i was here when we did it all in cali. same government BS, different state. as if suddenly we are all different.the way the law was structured (by cali dispensaries) we don't have the right to grow unless we live at least 25 miles away from a dispensary in which there can only be 120 something. The law is structured so that dispensaries can control the supply and thus the price. That, my friend, is messed up The grass roots are growing but the birds are eating all the seed. Again, we zoners have been trying for mmj since 1998 so please don't tell me how it's 'gonna go'. you weren't here when the state gutted our first law that made mmj taxable; you were not here when we the state of arizona had to pass the 'voter protection act' in 2000. If you were here to help us with prop 203 you came 12 years too late.
Better eat that slice of humble pie firstmuch respect brother! well done on the plants and the music! very impressive indeed! now i'm off to youtube for some blues! some deep dark nasty stuff!

Since everyone and their mom is packing, including myself all us Zonas learn to behave civilly at some point in time.then don't buy them.
this thread taught me a lot about people in AZ.
this is the point which you have been ignoring over and over again. because of this contingency, it makes things much different here. dont think no one has been paying attention to what happened in california and more recently in colorado. the prospective dispensary owners here in AZ have learned a great deal from other states and thats why our law was written to restrict patients from growing and monopolize production. they saw how easy it was in cali for patients to not need the dispensaries so when they went to colorado they made sure to restrict that a little and now in AZ they are gonna get it perfect. a true untapped market where only they can grow and sell weed. so to say that things will happen the way they turned out in california does not take all the facts into account..i can grow within 25 feet of a club. i have never heard of cali "structuring" such a "rule", let alone a "law".
i am here trying to offer helpful words of encouragement. for some reason i'm being attacked for that because i don't live in AZ. sorry for trying to offer some positive outlook.this is the point which you have been ignoring over and over again. because of this contingency, it makes things much different here. dont think no one has been paying attention to what happened in california and more recently in colorado. the prospective dispensary owners here in AZ have learned a great deal from other states and thats why our law was written to restrict patients from growing and monopolize production. they saw how easy it was in cali for patients to not need the dispensaries so when they went to colorado they made sure to restrict that a little and now in AZ they are gonna get it perfect. a true untapped market where only they can grow and sell weed. so to say that things will happen the way they turned out in california does not take all the facts into account..
i appreciate your point of view and have realized what you have been doing here from the start. this is the second time i have brought up this point and you have yet to address it at all.i am here trying to offer helpful words of encouragement. for some reason i'm being attacked for that because i don't live in AZ. sorry for trying to offer some positive outlook.
nope all must conform to the hive mind.......i still say theres tons of older people with disposable income who would rather pay 400 at the club then deal with a "caregiver". If you were able to make the club shut its door, those folks may not medicate at all. Lots of folks have never bought dope on the streets and have a different point of view then us smokers. The club is like a store. It is safe. It might even be halfass legal.
Make sure you dont step on their rights in your attempt to set the stage and force others to act they way you want them to/
what point? that you feel the clubs in AZ have created a conspiracy to charge 400 an ounce for shitty weed?i appreciate your point of view and have realized what you have been doing here from the start. this is the second time i have brought up this point and you have yet to address it at all.

the point that patient cultivation rights are at stake here. i could care less what these clubs charge so long as i am able to grow my own, but that will no longer be true once the dispensaries open. how else do you want me to say it?what point? that you feel the clubs in AZ have created a conspiracy to charge 400 an ounce for shitty weed?
i think i don't understand your question.
this thread was started to tell people about a place charging 400 an ounce. "raping and robbing people". "STEALING their rights" and "holding them hostage".
you are making a "projected opinion". what you are saying hasn't even happened. maybe you can stop it before it does. if it even does.the point that patient cultivation rights are at stake here. i could care less what these clubs charge so long as i am able to grow my own, but that will no longer be true once the dispensaries open. how else do you want me to say it?
Do we really need to compare the MMJ collectives to the oil industry?? Our economy and way of life is not based off the need for cannabis. No one war profiteers for cannabis.cheaper gas would be cool, as well.
