why are these seedlings curling?

i havent waterd them in 2 days, after i tapped out the soil ball i saw it wasnt overly wet, or dry. i have these seedlings under 3 cfl bulbs right now and all of them are acting the same way. what is causing this

They are just tiny yet. Let them develop some. it could be genetic.

Pic is hard to see but are those burn marks on the leafs? what type of water, tap or RO? are you adding nutes? Give us a rundown of what your doing.

no, no burning, just under cfl bulbs about 2 inches away from top, tap water but i let it set for a few days before i use it, and test the p.h its right around 6-7 no nutes, cause the soil, ( pro-mix ultimate organic) already has nutes in it. i ran this same strain ( Jackie-O) last time, and had some mutations, but not leaves acting hot and over watered like this.

pull up the cfls another couple inches then give it a day or to and they should straighten back up i believe they do that as a means to try to get further away mine did that and i lifted the lights and they straightend back out
