why are some of my platns florering?

well ive got some plants and some of them arefloring and the others arent they are outside in fl is this normal?

You planted too early. It is easy to do in warmer climates. Because light just recently switched to over 12 hours of light, your plant went into flower too early. They only thing you can do is let it go and harvest what little bud you get.
