Why are my plants so small??

Ok.. well i was just wondering.. How do people do it??

I got 2 plants, 1 Indica dom. 1 Sativa dom.

Sativa plant is about 2 months old with 12 pairs of leafs.. it hasn't even got its 7 pronged yet, it just started to come out with its 5!

Indica plant is about a month, has had its 5 leaves a lot earlier but only has about 5 pairs of leafs.

Both are in good buckets, no root restriction. Im unaware of the soil/water ph but i wouldnt think that would stunt the plants this much? Its tap water.

They're outdoor, so they occasionally get rain water, but usually its tap water..

I water with JPeteres Classic 20-20-20 for veg about every 1/4 time i water it.. (once, sometimes maybe twice a week)

They get plenty of sun as far as i can tell.. they're never in shade, its pretty much always direct sunlight.. Whats wrong? :(

What could be the problem with my (hopefully) ladies?

Get away from that peters fertilizer and go with advanced nutriunts, they are ph and ppm balanced and great for newbies. Later on when you have a few grows uder your belt you can switch to organic.

do you have drain holes in the bottom of the buckets because that could cause root rot if the water doesnt drain at all so make sure you have drain holes and maybe you need to transplant to a bigger pot man

text your pics from your phone to your email and then download them to your desk top
