Why are my plants so compact?

Blue red green … doesn’t make a whole lot of difference imo.
When you put it outdoors it will grow like an outdoor plant.
Right now it’s growing like an indoor plant.
Makes a huge difference man. Red will cause more stretching. Blue more compact. And don't make me get started on green,

Moving indoors seems to have alot more conditions that need to be met. I've just upgrade to manage heat and humidity.

Next time you need a light ask for input. There's better recommendations.
