why are my plants going to the side

Hello , since today my plants going to the side.

why ? What i should to so that they go straight A head ?
Another question , when can i considering my plants in vegetative phase ?

Your plants have just started out. Put a small fan blowing air on them. Your stems will strengthen up. Your plants are just starting there first true leaves, it will be alright.
If anything get your light closer to the plant.
( if a t5).
 
Yes i get them uo with tutor but there is a light issue ?
My hlg650 are at 50cm of the canopy et them received +- 40 000 lux
What should i do ? More lux ? Or put the light closer ?

Either or... increase the strength at the dial or move the lights. Either way you achieve the same end goal of increasing LUX at plant level.

Id personally move the light down, just to save the extra electric, as opposed to turning them up.

And a fan on low that moves air across them is a great way to strengthen stems as has been said. They don't need to be flopping in the wind, just very gently moving. That + slightly stronger light source should help ya out
