What size pots? Do you feed every time you "water" or do you have a different feeding schedule? Are you feeding to plenty of runoff? If not, your PPMS might be building up and locking you out. I'd actually lower my ec to like 1.2 and start feeding daily, and start with plenty of extra runoff to flush out your media. Depending on pot size you might be better off feeding twice daily to runoff.

12 litre pots yeah I normally feed with every water amd they are usually pretty dry on the second day on Saturday my friend turned the lights off for 24 hours as he thinks it helps with flip then turned them back on 12-12 after the 24 hours I fed them yesterday at 6.0ph and 950 ppm and saw them like this this morning

Coco does best when fed at least once a day to substantial run off using a pH around 6.0.
Never let it get dry........it isn't soil.
Never use plain water.
Good luck.

Hard to tell in the HPS glow for sure but appears calcium deficiency. Take pictures in normal light for better advice.
Got some better pictures
