Why are 2 outta 4 of my plants getting real frosted Fa leaves ??

I have 4 plants of Sour OG Cheese and 2 of them the fan leaves and sugar leaves are frosted. The other 2 not so much. Any reason behind this and also do leaves start to yellow during flush ? One plant has leaves starting to yellow / light green in color. Just one

Each plant you start from seed will be slightly different than others. That's why you takes clones of your faves. To find all the phenos possible within a given strain you need to grow out like 100 seeds. Yes; It is normal for the fan leaves to lighten up and yellow in the final weeks.

wasn’t frosted. I have spider mites. 1 week from harvest. Help

You are in unchartered waters my friend. Wish I could help. The worst I've ever had was thrips and gnats. I have heard Spider mites are like the Borg; resistance is futile. Good luck bro

Those things are a bitch. There's all kinds of natural remedies to get rid of them, none that work well in my opinion. I didn't catch how far along you are, but pesticide is the only way I've found to get rid of them, but if you've got buds very far along, I don't know I would recommend that. I've used a product called Eight before that works good.

Name one hand lotion that contains spiromesifen, a.k.a. 2-oxo-3-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)-1-oxaspiro[4,4]non-3-en-4-yl 3,3-dimethylbutanoate.

Forbid 4F Ornamental Insecticide Miticide is not labeled for treating vegetables or any other edibles.
I have crews use said product including merit 75 for grounds / turf and soil around both residential and commercial properties but never put on consumables. Water soluble packs for Foliar spraying Or wettable powders.

The only thing I've had that helped with mites was dish soap and water. I mixed it together and sprayed the under parts of the leaf and stalk stems. Threw a trash bag over it, overnight it took care of them

Suck them away with a vacuum each day, drop your temps, should buy you a week for harvest.

Better read deeper on that Budz! And merit 75 is nasty stuff...

4F is the same as another Beyer product called OBERON

Oberon 2 is a 23% concentration while Oberon 4 and Forbid 4F are 45% concentrations.

OBERON 2 has a LARGE registered list of edibles it's used on. In fact I might say that it's used on the bulk of all the strawberries you eat....

You simply use the Forbid at the rate of .75ml a gallon of water to get the effective OBERON 2 concentration..

Tectonic acids are used in about all hand lotions..... VERY COMMON!

Spiromsifen is on the tectonic acid chain. IN the range of the tectonic acids used in lotions, Shampoo's and other body care products.

I respectfully suggest you dig deeper into that......

I am merely talking about products we use on ORNAMENTAL areas such as shrubs , trees and such.

Oberon does have the same ingredients for corn and various table crops .... its the INHALATION hazard that i am talking about. Sure i can go grab something from my company’s chemical storage room and focus only on the bugs im trying to eliminate or control . But look at the handling requirements of most commercial pesticides ( PPE ) - handling , eating , and tobacco use. Eating this crap on crops is one thing BUT SMOKING IT ..... thats why i dont look to these products even tho i can get it thru my work.

Its just the use OUTSIDE of the label ....

Bayer and every other manufacturers conveniently DISCLAIM any and all liabilities of their products and use. I believe this stuff is part of a list of pesticides screened for medical marijuana contamination.

I respect your input on this product, its just very hazardous to inhale ( on label ) environment and wildlife ( on label ) and wouldn’t be something i want to inhale myself.

I’m harvesting Monday. A hose took care of it and pruning the areas that where in stress. No need for chemical warfare
