Why am I getting white hairs, again on my nugs?

Im day 90 with my t5 grow and there is another wave of white flowers, I thought I was close to done. Is that normal? do i have to wait for them to turn white to harvest or do just the tri matter?

Their is no amber tris though, some tris arent even devloped.....

i have heard that plants produce a second wave of pistols as they ripen... dono if its true, but my skunkberry is about a week away and she popped up some more white hairs the other day
