Why after drying, buds so fluffy?

Dried for 2 weeks, in jars for 2 weeks and still fluffy!!

How long was it in 12/12? It's either genetics, or wasn't flowered long enough. My guess is it could've flowered longer

You need to trim off the leaves from the buds.... Also that bud is definitely premature or was grown using a reading lamp.

I had a couple ladies I had to pull early and they look a little like that maybe not as fluffy but IMO you cut that down a little to early.
