i look at it the same way i do thanksgiving.... its a tradition... in my opinion, it doesnt matter who wins because nobody gets to that point (being a canidate) without following "the agenda"... same shit in the end, just which face do you want to have giving it to you....

so the millions of tax paying felons have no right to have any say what goes on in the country we live in? why or why not?
Because they've commited a crime and thats the punishment. They shouldve thought about that before. They can vote some other election. And if they cant vote again cause there locked up for good, well quite frankly I dont give a shit about those who have life.
EVEN IF IT WERE ME, i wouldn't be pissed. If you do something illegal you pay the price and you have to be willing to. If I got busted for dealing drugs and I have life I deserve it. You know those are the reprocutions before you take the actions. Take responsibiliy.

you dont seem to get the point... when you are convicted of a crime (felony at least) you get you voting rights stripped away FOR LIFE... not just while you are in jail or on probation; FOR FUCKING LIFE, gun rights too... now if you have "paid your debt to society" why then would you not get your rights back? you sound like a complete fool....

THANKSGIVING.....THANKSGIVING. COME ON thanksgiving is the shit. How can you say its JUST tradition and it doesn't matter. How can you not lovee spending weeks finding the bud that gives you the best munchies and then smoke a shit load and just eat till you pass out and then eat some more.

I mean its like binge drinking. You drink, boot, then drink some more, then pass out, wake up and drink some more. How can you not love that similarity? I mean it even has its own hangover of not being able to move and taking a 3 hour shit.

see; it means nothing now.. its supposed to be about being THANKFUL hence the name, it is a time of family getting together and being grateful for the fact that they have the ability to have a nice little feast together... no matter how bad the rest of the year is, you are thankful to be alive and have each other and enough resources to have said feast... even if it is only once a year.....

A felonys usually pretty bad. Now if you get out you can go vote quite easily, just go vote in ohio and get in line with all the other dead people voting for obama. Its not that hard to vote illegally, on CNN there was someone who registered with the name:Somebody, town: someplace, address: anywere USA. Its not like they just tried this though, it was accepted then caught.
Then you got 85 year old guys running the polls to look at your fake i.d.

My point intended is that those who truly commited felonys aren't angels. I dont see that they would have a problem doing all this illegally. Yeah im kinda forcing them to be swayed towards illegal terms, but i mean there in the same boots as us. We want are plants, we get our plants and if we mind our own buissness we have nothing to worry about.

yeah, i did mine; just havent had the extra $5-600 it takes here to put my expungement papers through.... and that is saving money on a lawyer by having my wife draw up the papers:roll:... fuckin greedy parish/state government....

So then you WOULD have the right to vote if you paid the (up to) $600 to complete the paperwork?

yeah,,, except i havent paid "more money".... hell if i had enough money in the beginning, they woulda skipped all this... its all about paying; i think they want to keep felons down... its real easy to become a felon for a working class individual... if these people cant vote, that is a significant chunk of working america, making it easier for the rich and elite to get ahead and have the "majority vote"...

I'm sorry but if you've had the money to buy and smoke weed since you've been out then you had the money to file the paperwork if voting meant something to you. Please stop declaring it's anyone but yourself who is at fault for your not being able to vote. From reading your posts in this thread I'm getting that actually voting doesn't matter to you... but blaming someone else does matter.

Do you think because you served time the taxpayers should pick up the cost of filing your papers? If voting means that much to you then save the money and file the papers... if not then don't.... but please stop bitching that it's someone else's fault you can't vote... because it isn't !

when the fuck did i ever tell you how i got my weed when i was still smoking?? i really haven paid for weed in a long time...maybe i turn tricks for it; but thats neither here nor there... if you want all my details pm me, well talk... im not putting "fault" on anyone, im just pointing out that it makes no sense that someone has "paid their debt to society" yet one still doesnt get back the rights and priveleges that were taken away as "punishment" for the crime in the first place... its like if you punish your child for wrong doing by grounding them in their room and taking their toys away, then never give them the toys back... stupid analogy, but i think it works... and you are right on the point that i dont care about voting, but never did i say it was someone elses fault.... my papers havent been put through cause A) i havent had the money and B)they were drawn up recently (had my wife do it to avoid paying even more for a parasite lawyer).... and in no way did i say that the "taxpayer should pick up my bills cause i did time"... i get it we dont see eye to eye on damn near anything, but please, let my nuts go... or at least tickle them a little bit while you're down there...

I think all that dough you payed for your probation was enough homie...I saw what you were going through with that, and I think that warrants your voting rights to be reinstated.
