wascaptain Well-Known Member Jan 4, 2023 #6 i made the strop on the right from one of my old duty belts. the one on the left i got from a flea market, dont really use it. i use diamond stones, then a gerber steel, then ceramic rod , then a few strokes with my leather to finish up.

ProPheT 216 Well-Known Member Jan 4, 2023 #7 I go straight from stone to strop. Dosent matter if I finish on a 320 stone or 4000 the strop makes it so much sharper in just 10 strokes on each side.
