Hook a toggle to the remote line on the amp. Just make sure you have the volume lowered before you flip it back on though.

lmao my explorer is like the easiest thing in the world to run wires and all that stuff. 99% of the molding and pannels just like snap in place. makes running wires so easy, a little drill action and bam toggle anything anywhere

The van I had was super easy to wok with. The mini Cooper was a PITA!! BMW sure builds them with exact fit in mind. Had to remove a few bolts to run power cables mainly, but the install still came out clean.

lol I usually don't hear anything outside at all when I have my music going. Not even ambulances and police until they're right on my ass. But we got this underground parking place for a grocery store that people always smoke up and just chill in for some reason. I always play my music real loud when people come with their stock equipment. They always look over at me then I just take a hit off my pipe, its hilarious.

Heehee. My wife wants my to install stuff in her mini, but I don't want to mess with line inverters( I know how, just hate the quality). She has the 07 Cooper that you can't replace the factory radio. You lose the speedometer cluster. I could bypass the factory radio and install it, but all the work for her to play lady gaga??? Nope, not gonna do it.

I got 1 12 kicker CVR and a kicker 400.1 amp. Sub is wired up for 2 ohms, amp puts out just over 450watts rms. Alpine type-s's all around inside, with the component tweeters in the front. JVC head unit in my civic coupe. Hits perfect for a daily driver, not over the top, but quality sound. I'm thinking of upgrading to 2 12's and the kicker 750.1, but then my bass will overpower my highs, so I would need another amp to push my highs.
