Yes.
Best way IMO.
Done it both ways over the last 24 yrs.
plucking fan leaves then hang to dry, then trimming when dry is best for me and everyone else I know in NorCal here. I think you can lose smell if trimmed wet. Definately lose smell when trimmed wet then screen dried. Do you screen dry?
Nope I cut em trim em then hang em, I do notice better smell when dryd with the sugar leaf on but its a lot harder for me and I feel like I knock off a bunch of trics so I just get it don't at harvest

Yeah see, that's another thing with trimming wet. It takes a long time to take down a room/crop that way.
When we do it, we all go to town chopping, plucking then hang It all in dry room.
Able to put new plants into bloom room that much quicker.:-)
When buds are dry, they are taken off lines and put into bins. Trimmed at our own convenience.

Yea when i do it that way sometimes the buds can overdry if it's takes to long to trim it all which can lose some of the stank too imo...most the time I trim a majority of it at harvest(the top buds) then leave some to trim when it's dry(the bottom of the plants), I do all my trimming myself because I'm pretty picky and everybody iv asked to help does a shitty job, and I'm to cheap to pay, I can trim pretty damn fast tho especially when it's fresh
