Whoops.. She split wide open

I pinched her a little hard about two days ago and when I pulled the net cup out to check the roots I noticed the plant had split down the stalk. Nothing looks bad no discoloration or anything and growth seems good. It definately helped stalkiness but I don't know if I messed her up..

shit I have done that supercropping many of times it is fine

hell I have mangled things at times and only once or twice has a plant failed to repair the damage.
