This sucks, i cant get out to check on the girls for a few more days, i hope this doesnt end badly..... fukn heavy frost this morning, hope they arent sitting on top of each other.
The wind broke a few branches but the rain really messed with my techniques....i give them little to no water for the last couple of weeks ...it helps the sugar pop a little more.. oh well .. whats that old saying .." man makes plans ..God makes..?" i forget the rest..
any advice for what kind of critters other than deer that eat pot in the central coast of California? I am from the backwoods of GA and i never had any worries other than the deer...but something topped like 30 of my smaller vegging plants ...sux
Also any ideas for mites and mold? sprays that work? I am used to indoor where I just crank up the Co2 to 4000 ppm or higher for like an hour and it pretty much kills everything except the plants
After round 1 of storm dancing my Ladies are begging for round 2. I figured the wind would just make it worse if I covered to I tied them up, every branch, on to 4 foot re bars staked in the ground and used whatever is available.
Insulated copper wires are the best to hook the branches to mother stem without restricting its flexibility. Then i just make sure mother stem is tied tight on to something or supported by something. So far I coulnt only 1 branch broken but salvageable and small colas bending but not breaking due to weight. Bring on the Sunny comming week! I plan not to water for the whole week until these ladies are bone dry and ready to harvest.
